Nightlife and hotels already have the traffic. Guests want a drink, a snack, a charger, or — where it is allowed — a 21+ pouch or disposable without leaving the floor or the lobby. That is a placement problem, not a retail-staffing problem.
OnHand buys, places, and operates a slim smart machine at no cost to the venue. You earn a revenue share. Your bartenders, hosts, and night managers stay out of the vending business.
High-traffic corners
The useful machine is the one people pass: near the restrooms, the patio door, the elevator bank, the late-night corridor. We look at hours and guest mix before we install. Nightlife, hotels, apartments, gyms, and offices are all in play in the Phoenix area. A bar that closes at 2 a.m. is a different catalog than a resort lobby that runs all day. Drink and snack placement for hotels is food and drink vending for Phoenix hotels.
Cashless is built in — tap-to-pay, chip, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Staff does not handle cash from the machine. That matters when the floor is busy.
Catalog for the room
Open assortment covers snacks, drinks, energy, hydration, personal care, and tech. Nightlife and hotels often want a fuller amenity mix. We set stock with you and change it as traffic changes. This is not an online store and not a printed menu. See the partner catalog.
Nicotine pouches and disposable vapes are 21+ only, age-gated at the machine, and only where the venue and local rules allow. If a location cannot carry them, the rest of the catalog still runs.
Arizona compliance — not legal advice
Age-restricted products follow Arizona and local rules and your own policies. OnHand does not give legal advice and is not a law firm.
If you are asking what Arizona law currently says about tobacco in vending machines, read the FAQ statute note. The official A.R.S. § 36-798.02 text is quoted there, collapsed, from the Arizona Legislature. Confirm current law with counsel or the Legislature. We do not interpret that statute for you on this site.
What the venue actually does
Provide the spot and access for restocking. OnHand handles install, product, maintenance, and cashless payments. Partners collect a revenue share on guest purchases. We do not sell you the machine.
Request a machine
If you run a Phoenix-area bar, club, lounge, or hotel and want a managed machine on the floor, request a machine. We usually reply within one business day. The how it works sequence is request → catalog fit → free install → we run it.
