OnHand Ventures is based in Phoenix, Arizona. We place and operate smart vending machines at business locations. This website is for venue owners, property managers, and other business contacts — not a consumer store.

When you contact us, we collect:

• Message

If you give us a mobile number, we collect that number too. If you agree to text messages, we keep a record of that consent, including whether you opted in and how we can reach you.

We use this information to answer placement inquiries, decide whether a location is a fit, arrange a site check, and run the partnership if we install a machine. We use phone numbers and email addresses to reply to the person who contacted us.

We use mobile numbers to text business owners and managers about vending machine placement. We do not send those texts unless the number was given to us for that purpose.

OnHand Ventures collects mobile numbers directly from business owners and managers (in person, by phone, by email reply, or through the website contact form) to text them about vending machine placement.

We do not buy mobile-number lists. A number on an inquiry is the number that person gave us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
