1. We review fit
Tell us the venue name, type, city or neighborhood, and anything useful about hours and guest mix. We are looking for Phoenix-area traffic that supports a machine: nightlife, apartments, hotels, gyms, and offices.
Fit is not automatic. A quiet corridor with no dwell time is a pass. A lobby, clubhouse, or late-night floor that already draws people is the conversation we want. Catalog questions — snacks only versus 21+ where allowed — can wait until we know the room. Browse products if you want a sense of mix.
2. Site check
If the inquiry looks real, we look at the physical stop: power, placement, access for restocking, and whether guests will actually see the machine. This is a practical check, not a construction project. You are not asked to mount or service anything.
We still do not quote a calendar of install dates on the site. When a stop is a match, we schedule with you.
3. Free install
OnHand buys the machine and places it at no cost. Professional install is on us. Zero setup invoice. No operator kit. After it is live, we stock it, restock it, maintain it, and run cashless payments.
Your staff is not in the vending business. Guests pay at the machine. The venue earns a revenue share on purchases. We do not publish a percentage here.
4. Ongoing management
Restocking, service, and catalog changes stay with OnHand. If traffic shifts — more hydration in summer, more 21+ in a nightlife room that can carry it — we adjust with you. Nicotine and vapes remain 21+ and age-gated. Open assortment does not need age confirmation.

What we will not promise in writing here
We will not invent a payout date, a revenue percentage, a list of named partners, or a count of machines in Phoenix. Those are either deal terms or facts we do not publish. What we will say: if we install, we operate; you host; revenue share starts when guests buy.
